I am so pleased I chose Canterbury Square Apartments as my new home in Lafayette, Louisiana. Ms. Christine Lemoine (Assistant Manager) was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and a delight to work with in my moving process. She makes you feel welcome at home with her attentiveness to any questions or concerns making the move seamless, resulting in a positive experience to the complex. I met the Property Manager, Ms. Pam Mauro, welcoming me here to the complex and complimenting her and her staff on keeping the complex clean and professionally managed resulting it a picturesque experience. If you are looking for a new place that is clean, safe, and quiet, I highly recommend

I have been here for 6 years and I haven’t had any issues with anything being resolved. All the staff here are friendly and resolve things quickly. Since Sherman the maintenance supervisor has been here things have been even better. Christine is the best assistant we have had since I’ve been here. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay this would be a good place for them. It’s very quiet and close to most things.

I had a great experience with Canterbury Square apartments! They are very spacious and well kept. As soon as you need assistance with anything the maintenance men are always there to fix whatever problem you have, almost immediately. If you’re looking for a place to feel like home this is indeed the place to stay! But overall I’d have to say Ms. Christine was honestly the best thing, personally, out of my entire Canterbury experience. She was always SO kind, helpful and always there to be a listening ear if you just need someone to talk Amazing apartment complex and staff!!!
